Shipping Policy

Zeshto Enterprises, referred to as “we” and “us”, operates the website referred to as the “Website”. When you place an order through this Website, you accept the following terms. These terms are established to ensure mutual understanding and agreement between both parties regarding our services and to protect the interests of both parties.


1. General

Subject to stock availability, we make an effort to keep accurate stock numbers on our website. However, on occasion, there may be an error in our stock count, leading to a situation where we cannot fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. If this occurs, we will deliver the available products to you and get in touch with you to determine if you prefer to wait for the restocked item or receive a refund.


2. Shipping Costs

The shipping fee is calculated during the checkout process, based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the items in the order. The shipping payment will be added to the overall purchase amount and will serve as the final cost for the customer.


3. Returns

3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

At Zeshto Enterprises, we are more than happy to accommodate returns based on a change of mind, provided that the request for return is received by us within 5 days of receipt of the item.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, and in a condition suitable for resale.

  • The customer will be responsible for paying for the return shipping and must arrange the shipping themselves.

  • Once the return is received and accepted, we will process a refund in the form of store credit for a future purchase.

Please note: We will refund the value of the returned goods, but shipping costs originally paid by the customer will not be refunded.

3.2 Warranty Returns

Zeshto is committed to fulfilling all legitimate warranty claims, but they must be submitted within 90 days of receiving the items.

  • Customers must pay the return shipping upfront; Zeshto Enterprises will reimburse the cost upon a successful warranty claim.

  • Once Zeshto Enterprises receives the returned items, we aim to process them within 7 days.

Refund options include:

  • Reimbursement to the original payment method

  • In-store credit

  • Replacement item (if available in stock)


4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time – Domestic

Domestic shipments typically take 2 to 7 days for delivery.

4.2 Transit Time – International

International shipments typically take 4 to 22 days, depending on the courier and destination. An accurate estimate will be shown at checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during regular business hours, except on national holidays. During holidays, delays may occur.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

We can update the delivery address before dispatch. Once the order is dispatched, changes cannot be made.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

Zeshto ships to P.O. boxes only via postal services. Courier services cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

Shipments to military addresses are possible through USPS; courier services do not support this service.

4.7 Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund that item and ship the remaining items.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If your delivery has exceeded the estimated time, please contact us so we can initiate an inquiry.


5. Tracking Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.


6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If a parcel is damaged during transit:

  • Reject it from the courier if possible, and contact our customer support immediately.

  • If it was delivered in your absence, please contact us for further instructions.


7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax is already included in the displayed price of goods on the Website.

8. Cancellations

9. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value declared by the courier.

9.1 Parcel Damaged In Transit

A refund or replacement will be processed once the courier completes the investigation.

9.2 Parcel Lost In Transit

A refund or replacement will be processed after the courier concludes their investigation.
