Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Zeshto Enterprises. This document governs all returns and exchanges of Zeshto Enterprises(the “Website”). If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to carefully review our Return and Refund Policy. Zeshto Enterprises reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy in whole or in part at any time at its sole discretion.

What’s Zeshto Enterprises’s Return and Refund Policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please follow the return & refund process below to proceed with your claim.

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

  • Sale items are non-refundable.


Return & Refund Process

If your purchase is eligible for a return or exchange, please follow the steps below to begin the process:

2. Ship It Back

(The following does not apply to digital products. If you purchased a digital product or service, proceed to Step 3.)

Please ship the item(s) back to us. You are responsible for the cost and risk associated with shipping the returned item(s). We recommend using a reliable shipping service and keeping tracking information.

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during transit.


3. Inspection & Refund

Once we receive the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email within a reasonable time whether you are entitled to a refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method, or

  • If you requested an exchange, a replacement item will be shipped within 24 hours of processing your return.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel an order placed on Zeshto Enterprises, please review the terms below:

Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)

You may request a cancellation before your order has been shipped.
To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at:

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation (After Shipping)

Once your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
In such cases:

  • You may wait to receive the item, and

  • If the product is defective, you can proceed through our Return & Refund Process.

Digital Products & Services

Orders for digital products or services cannot be cancelled once access has been provided or the service has been delivered.

Company Rights

Zeshto Enterprises reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion, including situations such as:

  • Payment issues or verification failures

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Stock unavailability

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, the customer will be notified and refunded in full.

Cancellation / Refund Request Time

Customers can request a cancellation or refund within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.

Alternate acceptable versions (if needed):

  • Within 12 hours

  • Before the order is shipped

But 24 hours is the safest and most standard.


Refund Processing Time

Refunds for approved requests will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
